RETURN & WARRANTY

All MaXpeedingrods products have 24 months warranty (unless otherwise stated). All the warranty only covers manufacturing defect(material or workmanship ). Any issue caused by physical damage, incorrect installation and usage, modification, negligence, etc will be out of warranty.

We aim to provide you the good buying experience, 30 days return policy is offered in our store. You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. If the product is damaged during or after installation, a refund or credit will not be given. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit.

The Refund/Exchange will not include postage/eBay costs. There is no problem to return products in terms of unopened, complete, unused. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the return. Whatever your return reason or exchange is, please contact us for return instruction and return authorization number first; Our customer service team will provide you the professional solution and solve your problem promptly.
