HGR20 20mm Linear Rail
We offer several lengths as well as the normal and wide bearing blocks/carriages.
These have been getting popular for use with the PrintNC style machines.  Also non-CNC applications, like manual router sleds.

**We have several precut lengths, as well as 4-meter sections that we can cut to length for you.  Contact us for custom lengths.  Typically, anything for a machine capable of handling larger than 4×8 material requires freight shipment (more expensive).  We will create you a listing for your custom parts.  Anything cut to order is non-returnable.**
Premium hardened steel rail excellent for your automation project, and a definite step up from 8mm rod commonly used on 3D printers (and is generally easier to work with as well).

Available bearing blocks provide simple, durable, and precise mounting solutions. We offer both wide and standard widths.
“Standard” bearing blocks model: HGH20CA
“Wide” bearing blocks model: HGW20CC
The plastic spacer inside the bearing block should be pushed out by the rail as you install it onto the rail; removing this spacer prior to installation on the rail can cause bearings to be lost.
We suggest that you wipe the rails down with mineral spirits to remove any protective rust-inhibiting coating before either mounting the rails or installing the bearings on the rails.
Includes green screw hole covers and one zerk fitting per bearing block purchased for lubrication.
Ballscrews are a recent addition to this listing and we have not uploaded drawings yet.  Each screw includes one ball nut and 2 BK/BF type end supports.
